Brand Ambassador

 

 

This Spring 2024, Wasserman Next Gen is seeking applicants to represent J.Crew on their campus. J.Crew is an American multi-channel specialty retailer, offering an assortment of women’s, men’s, and children’s apparel and accessories. Through in-store activations, peer-to-peer, and social media promotion, you will connect with your fellow students to raise J.Crew’s brand awareness and drive traffic to and sales at retail store locations. Join Wasserman Next Gen this semester and gain valuable experience and connections while being the face of J.Crew on your campus! 

 

We are looking for full-time undergraduate students who are… 

  • Influential and persuasive with friends, peers, and students with strong campus connections 
  • Entrepreneurial in spirit with an interest in business, fashion, marketing, and / or sales 
  • Active and outgoing across social media platforms and in face-to-face interactions
 

 

 

Key Responsibilities 

As a Brand Ambassador (BAs) for J.Crew, BAs will be instrumental in raising brand awareness and driving traffic to and sales at retail store locations through in-store activations, peer-to-peer, and social media promotion. BAs will be expected to:

  • Commit 10 hours per week for five (5) weeks 
  • Engage with peers and students both in 1:1 and group settings, make announcements in classes, clubs, and organizations (as applicable) and through digital and social media channels 
  • Host, attend and work campus and in-store event(s) during the program 
  • Identify credible, creative ways to integrate J.Crew into student life on their campus 
  • Utilize social media marketing across multiple channels to create original content promoting the J.Crew brand and local store 
  • Report results weekly, providing a detailed description of activities and photos

Additional Requirements: 

  • Brand Ambassadors must be able to commit to the full five (5) week program 

  • Brand Ambassadors are required to be full-time undergraduate students 

  • Brand Ambassadors must complete an online training prior to the program launch 

  • Brand Ambassadors must keep social media accounts public for the duration of the program
