This Fall 2024, Wasserman Next Gen is seeking applicants to represent J.Crew Factory on their campus. J.Crew Factory is an American multi-channel specialty retailer. The company offers an assortment of women’s, men’s, and children’s apparel and accessories. Through on-campus events, in-store activations, and social media promotion, you will connect with your fellow students to raise J.Crew Factory’s brand awareness and consideration, capture customer data, and increase traffic to stores adjacent to campuses.

Key Responsibilities:
A Student Brand Ambassador (SBA) for J.Crew Factory will be instrumental in raising brand awareness and driving traffic and sales at retail store locations through in-store events, and social media promotion. SBAs will be expected to:
- Attend one (1) onboarding session the week before program activation
- Commit 10 hours per week for six (6) weeks
- Engage with peers and students through digital and social media channels
- Attend and work one (1) on campus, campus pending, and one (1) in-store event during the program
- Identify credible, creative ways to integrate J.Crew Factory into student life on campus
- Utilize social media marketing across multiple channels to create original content promoting the J.Crew Factory brand and local store
- Report results weekly, providing a detailed description of activities and photos

You Are:
- Influential and persuasive with friends, peers, and students with strong campus connections
- Entrepreneurial in spirit with an interest in business, fashion, marketing, and/or sales
- Active and outgoing across social media platforms and in face-to-face interactions
Additional Requirements:
- Student Brand Ambassadors are able to commit to the full seven (7) weeks of the program, one (1) week of onboarding, six (6) weeks of program activation
- Student Brand Ambassadors are required to be full-time undergraduate students
- Student Brand Ambassadors must complete online training prior to the program launch
- Student Brand Ambassadors must keep social media accounts public for the duration of the program
- Student Brand Ambassadors must be eligible to work in the US and have a valid SSN
