Represent LaCroix on your campus.
Wasserman Next Gen is looking for ambassadors on your campus that love and live LaCroix! We want outgoing, social media savvy, influential candidates to build brand awareness for LaCroix through Instagram and in-person efforts. Ideal candidates must be leaders, excited to strengthen their marketing skills, and active in student organizations/campus activities. They also must be comfortable speaking with new people.
Throughout the semester, you’ll be tasked with hosting activations across campus showcasing LaCroix products, creating and sharing social content highlighting LaCroix, and even coming up with your own ways to spread the news about LaCroix on your campus!
This is a paid position running for 4 weeks in the Fall semester.
Promote LaCroix through word-of-mouth marketing by having regular conversations with fellow students each week.
Host activations across campus showcasing LaCroix products (sampling events, giveaways, etc.) including integrating into student organizations and classroom announcements.
Post weekly Instagram stories/posts showcasing how you integrate LaCroix into your everyday life.
Two (2) Instagram posts (image, carousel, video) to be reviewed and approved by Wasserman Next Gen and LaCroix team prior to posting and remain live throughout the 4-week program commitment.
Three (3) to four (4) Instagram stories/TikToks created in real-time during a sampling activation.
Document activity weekly via reports, photos, surveys, videos, etc.

Who we are looking for:
Full-time undergraduate student.
Demonstrable knowledge of campus clubs, organizations, and events.
Strong knowledge and use of Social Media platforms including Instagram and TikTok.
Highly creative, innovative, and possessing a growth mindset.
Strong and proactive influential communicator with presentation skills, not afraid to ask questions.
Influential among peers with strong connections to a diverse range of campus organizations.
Ability to utilize your campus network and communication skills to find event and speaking opportunities.
Flexible, adaptable, and open to feedback.
Ambassadors are required to be full-time undergraduate students.
Ambassadors may not concurrently work with another Wasserman Next Gen program.
Ambassadors must attend an online training with Wasserman Next Gen prior to the start of the program.
Ambassadors must be able to commit 8-10 hours per week for the program’s duration.
