Max Campus Brand Manager

Wasserman Next Gen is looking for passionate, driven college students to promote Max on select campuses for the Spring 2024 semester. As a Max Campus Brand Manager, you will have the unique opportunity to promote Max’s groundbreaking series, the latest hit movies, and play a key role in increasing awareness of the Max brand to your peers.   

This is a paid, part-time independent contractor role with Wasserman Next Gen that presents the opportunity to enhance your leadership and marketing skills by promoting Max, a company that has been synonymous with innovative programming for over 50 years.  


Key Responsibilities:  

  • Introduce peers to the Max brand in an authentic and meaningful way through on campus activations, watch parties, word of mouth and social postings   
  • Educate your peers on the benefits of having Max and the programming that it offers 
  • Identify credible, creative ways to integrate Max and the Max product into student life on your campus 
  • Utilize personal social media profiles to promote Max through your own voice while adhering to brand and program guidelines 
  • Maintain proactive communication with Wasserman Next Gen by attending weekly status calls and participating in online group conversations 
  • Report on activity by submitting weekly photos, recap videos, surveys, etc.

  • $300  bi-weekly stipend for fulfilling program responsibilities   
  • Opportunity to earn additional performance-based incentives throughout the program  
  • Ongoing coaching and professional development support from the Wasserman Next Gen team    
  • Exposure to Max marketing teams with opportunities for internship consideration (Please note this is an independent role with Wasserman Next Gen, not a position of employment with Max)


  • A full-time undergraduate student 
  • Able to commit 10 hours bi-weekly for 10 weeks  
  • Influential among peers with strong connections to a diverse range of campus organizations  
  • A self-starter with strong judgement and instincts 
  • Someone with an affinity for the Max brand and its programming 
  • Strong, engaging, and influential communication and presentation skills 
  • Willing to talk about Max/promote the brand on public personal social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, etc.) 

additional Requirements:  

  • Full-time undergraduate student   
  • Current GPA of 3.0+ 
  • Eligible to work in the US with a valid SSN  
  • Not currently engaged in another Wasserman Next Gen or Campus Manager program  
  • Willing to keep social media profiles public for the duration of the program
