A Custom Mac & Cheese Experience

Everyone can agree that Mac & Cheese is one of the all-time top comfort foods and Stouffer’s is one of the best. Stouffer’s wanted to kick it up a notch and unveil their new White Cheddar Mac & Cheese at industry shows around the country and let people try it for themselves.

Mac & Cheese has been a staple in homes for years, but how can such a simple product be elevated and transformed into something so much more. Stouffer’s set out to show the versatility of their new White Cheddar Mac & Cheese by allowing industry experts to customize their samples with any combination of 30+ toppings.

A fully customized Stouffer’s White Cheddar Mac & Cheese food truck and experience was taken to industry events around the country to show off their new product and all that can be done with it. At each stop, Mac & Cheese was cooked right in the truck and served to guests piping hot!

After receiving their sample, guests were directed to the “Customization Station” where they could choose toppings ranging from pulled pork to salsa and walnuts to jalapenos and everything in between. Guest were encouraged to try unique flavor combinations because you never know when something might pop!

From the “Customization Station”, guests were directed to a Mac & Cheese themed photo booth stocked with oversized cooking tools and branded chefs’ hats for guest to use as props. Photos were texted directly to guests within seconds of them being taken for easy uploads to social media.

The custom branded food truck was an eye-catching activation at conferences where every brand is trying to stand out from the rest. The uniqueness of the “Customization Station” was an element that many guests brought up as one of their favorite parts of the entire show!
