Wasserman Next Gen is looking for outgoing, well-connected community members to promote NOONSHiNE for the Spring 2024 semester. NOONSHiNE is a new brand innovation created by an industry leading leader in the alcohol drinks space. The product comes in two flavors, Fruit Punch and Lemon Ice that come in at 8% Alc/ Vol. As a NOONSHiNE Sampling Brand Manager (SBM), you will be responsible for driving product awareness and affinity for NOONSHiNE, as well as encouraging trial and purchase at bars and events.  


We are looking for candidates that love to engage and interact with people in fun social settings, as this emerging brand is energetic, outgoing, and bold. This is a great opportunity to launch and grow NOONSHiNE in your market! This is a paid, part-time role with Wasserman Next Gen. This role requires a time commitment of 6 hours per week for the duration of the 12-week program. 





Key Responsibilities: 

  • Complete 1 on-premise activation per week (bars). 
  • Complete 1 activation at 1 local event every other week (6 events total for the program).  
  • Sample consumers at on-premise + event activations and gather product learnings.  
  • Be a constant advocate for NOONSHiNE by making it a part of your day-to-day social life.    
  • Be aware of local convenient stores and bars carrying NOONSHiNE and encourage peers to visit for purchase.  
  • Must be available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.    
  • Actively engage with NOONSHiNE social channels to stay up to date on happenings with the brand.  
  • Develop and capture content in the field that adheres to all legal and brand guidelines to include in weekly reports. 
  • Attend weekly meetings and maintain timely, proactive communication with all program stakeholders.   
  • Ability to transport (and store) promotional materials.  
  • Submit accurate, timely reports of activity and consumer feedback every week.

  • $150 weekly stipend for fulfilling program responsibilities plus weekly trade spend for product purchase. 
  • Participation in the network of NOONSHiNE Sampling Brand Managers.  
  • Ongoing coaching and professional development support from the Wasserman Next Gen team. 
  • Experience in both marketing and leadership opportunities.   





You Are:

  • 21+   
  • Affinity for Flavored Malt Beverages. 
  • Have reliable transportation. 
  • Active in the community and attend local events regularly.  
  • Well connected to the local communities.  
  • Flexible and adaptable with professional demeanor in working with wholesalers and consumers. 
  • Self-starter with strong judgment and instincts.     
  • Availability to work 6 hours per week for a 12-week period. 

Additional Requirements:  

  • Must be 21+. 
  • Eligible to work in the US with a valid SSN.   
  • Must be willing to travel within your city to work flexible hours as needed, including evenings and weekends.
